This policy explains how CR8 Health Boca ("we") handles information collected through bocaraton-acupuncture.com. It does not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a patient, which governs your health records.

Information you give us

When you use the request form we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address and an optional message. The form sends them by email to the clinic front desk, and we use them only to reply to you and arrange an appointment. Please do not send detailed medical information through the website.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are loaded only if you select Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Analytics provider: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), loaded only after you accept.

Third-party content

We do not sell personal information. Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and for our records.
